Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 24.07.2026
Welcome to the Bread Space website. By browsing this website, creating an account or submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About this website
This website is operated by Bread Space. References to “we”, “us”, “our” and “Bread Space” mean the operator of this website and the related retail and ordering services.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or submit an order.
2. Product information and images
We take reasonable care to provide accurate product descriptions, sizes, flavours, prices and availability information.
As our products are handmade, and because displays, lighting, seasonal ingredients and decoration arrangements vary, the colour, shape, placement and appearance of the actual product may differ slightly from the images.
All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue, substitute or adjust a product because of ingredient, quality or operational requirements.
3. Allergens and dietary requirements
Products may contain, or may be prepared in an environment where, gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame and other allergens are handled.
Please contact us before ordering if you have a severe food allergy or specific dietary requirement. Although we will take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that cross-contact will never occur.
4. Prices, promotions and payment
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars.
The applicable product price, discount, delivery charge and other fees will be shown before checkout. Promotions are subject to their stated terms, validity period, quota and availability.
Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
5. Order submission and acceptance
Submitting an order or completing payment does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted. An order is accepted only after we confirm product availability, date, payment and any other relevant arrangements.
If a product is unavailable, information or pricing contains an obvious error, payment is unsuccessful, or we are unable to fulfil the order reasonably, we may reject or cancel the order and refund any amount received for the unfulfilled part.
6. Order information and special requests
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, delivery or pickup details and product selections.
Order notes and special requests form part of the order only after they have been confirmed by us. A request for a design, colour, wording, ingredient or delivery arrangement that is not offered on the website is not guaranteed.
7. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Once an order is confirmed, we may begin purchasing ingredients, preparing or producing the items. Any request to change or cancel an order should be made as early as possible and is subject to our approval.
Customised, personalised, festive, limited, bulk or already-in-production items may not be eligible for changes, cancellation or refund.
If an order requires attention because of our error, serious damage or a product-quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt and keep the product, packaging, order details and clear photographs for verification.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, remake, refund or another reasonable resolution. A refund may not be available for personal taste preferences, minor handmade variations, failure to follow storage instructions or improper handling after delivery.
8. Delivery and store pickup
Delivery dates and times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, third-party logistics, festive demand and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for ensuring that the recipient details are correct and that someone is available to receive the order. Additional costs caused by incorrect information, an unavailable recipient or inability to make contact may be charged to the customer.
Store-pickup orders must be collected on the confirmed date and within the confirmed time. Uncollected perishable products may not be held, refunded or remade because of quality and food-safety considerations.
9. Product inspection and storage
Please inspect the product when it is delivered or collected. If it is materially different from the order or seriously damaged, notify us immediately.
You are responsible for storing and consuming the product according to the label, packaging or instructions provided. We may not be responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage, handling, temperature or delayed consumption after handover.
10. Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, images, trade names, logos, designs and other content on this website belong to Bread Space or the relevant rights holder.
No content may be copied, modified, republished, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.
11. Privacy and personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read that policy before submitting an order or using the website.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or incidental loss arising from website interruption, third-party services, information entered incorrectly by the customer or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Events beyond our control
If an order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled because of severe weather, traffic disruption, power failure, system failure, supply interruption, government measures, public-health events or another circumstance beyond our reasonable control, we will notify you and make reasonable alternative arrangements where possible.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on the website and will take effect from the stated update date.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version will prevail.
16. Contact us
