Bread Space, a neighbourhood bakery in Oi Man Estate, Ho Man Tin, regularly holds a 20-second all-you-can-grab bread challenge. For just HK$30, participants have 20 seconds to grab as many selected breads as they can fit into a paper bag — as long as the bag can be sealed. Everything you grab is yours to take home.

The event has drawn large crowds of participants, with some managing to grab over HK$100 worth of bread, making it an incredible deal. Signature items include the Black Pepper Chicken Bun and Baked Cheese Croissant, both firm favourites among locals.

The owner shared that the event was created as a way to thank the community for their support and to introduce more people to their products. The challenge is held on an irregular basis — those interested should keep an eye on the shop’s social media for announcements.
