How can I place an order?
You can order through the Bread Space website or visit our Ho Man Tin shop. For bulk, event, farewell or special orders, please contact us in advance.
How far in advance should I order?
Lead times vary by product. Please refer to the information shown on the individual product page. We recommend allowing extra time for large, festive or special orders.
Can I customise a cake or event order?
Selected cakes, desserts and event orders may be available with specific options or special arrangements. Send us the date, quantity, budget and requirements through our contact form or by phone, and we will confirm what is possible.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available for selected products and areas. Available dates, charges and coverage will be shown in the cart or at checkout. Additional charges may apply to remote or special locations.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept multiple payment methods including: Visa, Mastercard, PayMe, FPS, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay and bank transfer. Online orders can be paid by credit card or e-wallet.
Do I need to pay immediately when ordering?
Payment is required to complete your order. Your order will only be processed after successful payment.
Will my order be held if payment is not completed?
Orders that have not been paid will not be processed. Please complete payment to confirm your order.
Can I get a refund?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. As food may already be in preparation or made to order, all changes, cancellations and refunds depend on the order status and are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
